Did you know that heart disease and stroke are the number one cause of death in Canadian women? It’s a very scary, yet very real truth.
The Heart Truth Fashion Show, an event aimed at bringing awareness to the cause of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, was nothing less than extraordinary. Canadian women – from television personalities to Olympic athletes – wearing Canadian designers, graced the runway showcasing their spunk and paying tribute to an amazing cause.
The Red Dress is the official symbol of The Heart Truth campaign and the 19 Canadian designers who participated truly created something special. Each dress is as unique and dynamic as the woman who wore it – this event was truly one worth the wait.
